Coffee is being served at the back of St. Raphael Hall following Divine Liturgy on Sundays. We will need 2 volunteers each week to set up and clean up which is very quick and simple since we are not serving food and are using disposable cups. Below is a detailed list of responsibilities. Please consider signing up for a date to assist; this is an excellent way to serve our parish community. The link containing the sign up positions is available on the parish weekly emails. Contact Anna Pashchinskaya with any questions.
Coffee Hour Instructions
The COVID pandemic has given the Church the opportunity to rethink the “usual” schedule of our community. Lord willing, the following schedule will bring a good balance of opportunities for prayer, fellowship and learning for all ages of our Church. We will test out the schedule for the fall and continue to rethink and attempt to meet the needs of every member of the Church. We are still working on our Sunday School program and schedule, but the events outlined below will be a good way for you to mark your calendars for events that are happening at St. John!

At long last, coffee hour has returned! We will begin by only serving coffee and serving it in disposable cups (we have Styrofoam cups that need to be used up and then we will switch to paper ones). Since we are still using St. Raphael Hall for the live-stream of the services, coffee will be set-up at the back of the hall. All are encouraged to be outside to fellowship together following the Liturgy. Thank you for continuing to be mindful of others!
MEN’S LUNCH!
